Early in the morning I set off for Trakai β one of the most beautiful towns in Lithuania. From the very moment I arrived, I was struck by the beauty of this small and picturesque place. πββοΈ
My eyes were immediately drawn to the majestic castle rising on an island amid the tranquil waters of Lake GalvΔ. The atmosphere felt like something out of a fairy tale β wherever you looked, there were breathtaking views. π―
I strolled across the wooden bridge to the castle and learned all sorts of fascinating facts about Lithuania's history. Afterwards, I unwound with a leisurely walk along the lake, where nature creates a true sense of harmony and coziness.
To top it all off, I tried the traditional Karaite kibinai, and they turned out to be absolutely delicious β I'd advise you not to leave Trakai without trying them. π This little town won me over completely with its beauty and tranquility. π
