After the waterfalls in Edessa, I decided my day simply couldn't end without one more watery adventure. 💦🌿 And sometimes the best spots turn out to be just a step away from you.
That's how I ended up at Waterfall Galana Nera — tucked away in the greenery near Loutraki, right by the village and just around the corner from where I was staying. A little natural gem you could easily walk right past if you didn't know it was there.
The path led me through greenery, water, and that pleasant feeling of leaving civilization behind. And the closer I got, the louder the sound of falling water became. 🌳💧
And then it appeared… Galana Nera. 💦 Naturally, my curiosity immediately pushed me to get as close as possible. 😄 And the water? Freezing! 🥶😂 But that's exactly what makes the experience feel even more real.
After the waterfalls of Edessa, I could easily have said: "That's enough waterfalls for one day." Nature clearly had other plans. 😂
And so, another day of my journey came to a close not with some big tourist attraction, but with a small, hidden, and incredibly beautiful spot. 👌 Because sometimes the best discoveries are the ones you never planned. ❤️🌍
