Today the monastery is a small but wonderfully cozy complex. Amid the gentle hills of Sakar, it appears almost without warning — modest, white, and serene. ⛪️

The moment I stepped through the gate, I felt time slow down. The air was thick with the scent of grass and incense, and the courtyard was quiet and orderly, as if guarding a secret. It's hard to imagine that this very place once sheltered outlaws.

There was no need for words. Only presence. I sat for a while and understood something simple — that peace isn't something you find, but something you allow. ✝️🙏
