Another day to file away among the happy memories — Tijuca National Park!🙆♂️ They picked me up from the hotel and after a scenic 50-minute drive we reached the park entrance. Tijuca is a genuine jungle right in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, and you can feel it from the very first minute.
We were greeted by Taunay Falls — a breathtaking 35-meter cascade and the tallest waterfall in the park.😯 From there we carried on along lush forest trails that kept revealing hidden waterfalls one after another.🌿🌳
The adventure got even more exciting on the Caves Trail, where we explored the charming Belmiro, Archer, and Bats Caves.👌 The paths are easy, the ground a bit damp here and there, but nothing truly challenging — just wear something you don't mind getting wet.💪
I want many more days like this one.🤷♂️ 😁
