Tbilisi grabbed me from the very first minute. πββοΈ We climbed up to Narikala Fortress and I was literally speechless β from up there, the city looks like a living painting. And from the slopes of Mtatsminda you can see everything: the old rooftops, the river, the modern bridgesβ¦ the feeling is absolutely epic. π
Then we wandered down Rustaveli Avenue β wide, majestic and bursting with life. We passed the impressive building of the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, and at Metekhi Church I just stopped in my tracks β the place has incredible energy. π
And finally β the Old Town. Narrow streets, wooden balconies, the smell of food everywhere, and the feeling of having stepped into another world. If you only have one day in Tbilisi, save it for here β this isn't a place you rush through. πββοΈ
