There are places that make you fall silent from the very first glance. PeleΘ Castle, tucked away in the mountains above Sinaia, Romania, is exactly one of those places.πββοΈ Surrounded by forest, with towers peeking out between the trees, it looks straight out of a fairy tale.π€·ββοΈ The architecture is absolutely stunning, and every little detail on the building makes it even more impressive.
Inside, it was even better. As I wandered through, what struck me most were the rich decorations, the massive halls, and the sense of history that practically hangs in the air. The atmosphere feels different, peaceful β for a moment, you truly feel like you've stepped back in time.
Besides the castle itself, the surrounding nature is incredible too. The fresh air, the mountains, and the silence made the whole experience even more special.π My advice: take the time to walk around the castle grounds as well, not just inside β the views are worth every minute.
