A day in Ipswich — and from London it's just an hour away by train. 🤌🚄 The town sits in Suffolk county and is one of the oldest in England — here, history practically walks the streets alongside you.
What impressed me most was the modern marina, which is the pride of the town. 🛳️ Strolling along the waterfront is exactly the kind of thing you look back on with a smile. After that, I followed the trail of some of England's oldest churches. ⛪
And I'll admit it — this town really won me over with its adventurous spirit. 🙆♂️ If you're in London and fancy a change of scenery for a day, Ipswich is a brilliant idea.
