Pisac is an ancient Inca citadel located 33 km from the famous Andean city of Cusco, in Valle Sagrado β the Sacred Valley along the Urubamba River.
The town is built of stone, and the road up to it is one endless staircase. πββοΈ The center of Pisac is divided into two parts β one is the inhabited area, and the other leads from the village up to the mountain plateau, where the ruins of the temple lie.
And now a few picturesque shots from the authentic market in Pisac. π
