The capital of Belarus! π Minsk is a big city, and its landmarks are spread pretty far apart from one another, so get ready for some serious walking and a bit of public transport. ππΆββοΈ
The first thing that struck me was how clean everything is! π Even in the crowded city center, even in the smaller neighborhoods, even on roads out in the middle of nowhere β it's all spotless. πββοΈ
Minsk has sweeping boulevards, massive squares, and countless monuments. The Great Patriotic War Museum and the National Library alone can easily eat up a whole day. π€·ββοΈ A tip from me: don't try to cram everything into one afternoon β the distances here show no mercy.
Belarus definitely intrigued me β it's a fairly closed-off and isolated country within Europe. And as always, the same trip can feel completely different depending on who's experiencing it. π
